OVERVIEW
Welcome to RawReality Athletics. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RawReality Athletics.
RawReality Athletics operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence or that you have provided appropriate consent for your minor dependents to use the Services.
You agree that all information you provide, including your email address, billing information, shipping information, and payment information, is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
RawReality Athletics makes every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, designs, colors, graphics, and customization options.
However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, fabric type, material, lighting, sizing, and other production factors.
Mockups and digital proofs are intended to provide a representation of the finished product. Minor differences between a digital mockup and the finished physical product are not necessarily considered defects.
Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and specifications may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
RawReality Athletics specializes in custom and personalized merchandise.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization information before approving or submitting an order, including:
- Names and spelling
- Numbers
- Sizes and quantities
- Colors
- Photographs
- Logos
- Schools and teams
- Design placement
- Other personalization details
Once a custom design has been approved and/or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customer-approved errors, including incorrect spelling, numbers, sizes, photographs, colors, or other information supplied or approved by the customer, are not considered errors by RawReality Athletics.
If RawReality Athletics makes an error that causes the finished product to differ materially from the approved order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
SECTION 4 — CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOS, LOGOS & ARTWORK
When submitting photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, school/team graphics, names, or other materials to RawReality Athletics for reproduction, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permission or authorization to have it reproduced.
You agree not to knowingly submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
RawReality Athletics reserves the right to decline an order or requested design when we reasonably believe fulfilling the request could violate applicable law or third-party rights.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS & PAYMENT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from RawReality Athletics. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Payment must be received before production begins unless RawReality Athletics expressly agrees otherwise.
Customers should carefully review their order before payment and approval.
Once a custom order enters production, it generally cannot be canceled or substantially modified.
If we need to cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.
SECTION 6 — PRICES & BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, products, and availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed or otherwise agreed upon when the order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with your purchase.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Purchases are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible non-custom merchandise may be returned only when a return request is made within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date and all other return requirements are satisfied.
Custom & Personalized Products
ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
Custom products cannot ordinarily be returned, refunded, or exchanged because of:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Customer-approved spelling
- Customer-approved names or numbers
- Customer-provided photographs
- Customer-selected colors
- Customer-approved designs
- Change of mind
- Other customization information supplied or approved by the customer
This does not prevent customers from contacting us regarding merchandise that arrived damaged or defective or an error made by RawReality Athletics.
Sale and clearance merchandise is final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery times provided by RawReality Athletics are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact RawReality Athletics promptly if tracking indicates a problem with your shipment or your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Our shipping and return policies provide additional information regarding applicable procedures.
SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the RawReality Athletics website, branding, original graphics, original designs, photographs, text, logos, product presentations, and other original content are owned by or licensed to RawReality Athletics and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit RawReality Athletics-owned content without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, school names, team logos, customer-supplied materials, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in connection with a custom order does not mean RawReality Athletics claims ownership of those third-party rights.
SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties.
Such services may be provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
RawReality Athletics is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
RawReality Athletics does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, products, or services.
Customers should review applicable third-party terms and policies before completing transactions through third-party websites.
SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
RawReality Athletics is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services.
However, purchases from our store are transactions directly between the customer and RawReality Athletics.
Shopify is not the seller of RawReality Athletics merchandise and is not responsible for fulfilling RawReality Athletics orders, subject to applicable law and Shopify’s own obligations.
SECTION 13 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Because our online store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related Services.

SECTION 14 — FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or similar content, you grant RawReality Athletics permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
You represent that content you submit does not unlawfully violate another person’s rights.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
SECTION 15 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information and, when legally permitted, cancel or modify affected orders.
If an error materially affects an order that you have already paid for, we will address the matter consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RawReality Athletics and its applicable affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This includes claims arising from customer-supplied artwork or other materials when you represented that you possessed the necessary rights or authorization to reproduce them.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent legally permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 22 — WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of our Services, subject to rights and obligations that cannot legally be modified or waived.
SECTION 23 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is legally permitted.
RawReality Athletics may assign its rights and obligations as permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by applicable law and, to the extent legally permitted, the laws applicable where RawReality Athletics is headquartered.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections or rights that cannot legally be waived.

When required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
